In pursuit of our corporate philosophy of “The WIN-Partners group offers a better quality of life to all and contributes to creating an affluent society,” the Group strives to provide solutions to social challenges in consideration of all of our stakeholders, aiming to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society. For this purpose, the Group set up the Sustainability Committee chaired by Director, Executive Officer and General Manager of the Administrative Division in December, 2021.

The Sustainability Committee discusses and reports to the Board of Directors on important issues we should prioritize to achieve sustainability for the Group as a whole. The Sustainability Committee also regularly reports progress to the Board of Directors and is supervised by the Board of Directors.
